What information do we collect and why?

We request a limited amount of information in order to send you the DVD you have requested and to evaluate the success of our campaign. We will also use it to share information with you on courses and learning opportunities related to the “Get On” campaign:

The following data will be retained for a maximum of three years when it will be securely destroyed.

If you do not wish to be informed of courses and learning opportunities related to the ‘Get On’ campaign you have the opportunity to opt out of your data being used in this way when you register.

Site usage information
